Participation Information
- 459€/sqm (excluding VAT), Presentation space (10 sqm)
- Participants will be included in the regular exhibitor list, with the designation „AVERE Joint Booth“
- The organizer is responsible for the booth construction. Other structures must fit the overall concept of the joint booth and are therefore only allowed in consultation with the organizer
- This offer is exclusive for Members of AVERE and its partner associations
Costs and Included Services
Price: 459€/sqm (excluding VAT), Presentation space (10 sqm)
These benefits are included when booking this package:
- Presentation space (10 sqm)
- Booth construction: floor covering, spotlights back wall (with logo/lettering, see illustration above), decoration, storage space and seating
- Furniture: lockable counter with logo imprint, bar stool, brochure rack
- Electricity connection and consumption (up to 3 KW included, but Messe München will nevertheless issue an invoice for an advance payment. This amount will be refunded after the event if the 3 KW is not reached)
- Booth surveillance outside opening hours
- Daily booth cleaning
- Entry in the official exhibitor lists
- Association of the German Trade Fair Industry contribution
Branding of the back wall is recommended to increase visibility and can be booked separately (with costs).
Application
Für die Teilnahme müssen Sie sich als Hauptaussteller anmelden, sowie die entsprechende Zusatzvereinbarung ausgefüllt und unterschrieben an uns versenden. Die Zusatzvereinbarung kann im Anmeldeprozess ausgewählt werden.
