Florian Otto has been working in different management positions in the automotive industry since 2009. After working for Audi and Mercedes, he has been responsible for communication in Europe at NIO since 2020. As a journalist, Otto has worked in ARD, ZDF and the news channel N24 for 15 years. In 2008 he was allowed to drive the first Tesla in Germany as a journalist: his conclusion at the time: If electro mobility is supposed to succeed in Germany, strategic rethinking is required not least among energy suppliers. Today Nio builds battery change stations across Europe. For Otto a USP that is already established thanks to NIO in China.

Judith started her career in innovation as human factors specialist and project manager at IDEO. She holds a master's degree in Chinese Studies and Economics from Heidelberg University.

Professor Dr. Andreas Herrmann is Director of the Institute for Mobility at the University of St. Gallen and Visiting Professor at the London School of Economics. He previously headed the Institute for Customer Insight, also at this university. For many years, he has worked with companies in the automotive industry on topics related to the automation of vehicles. He is also involved in projects on micromobility, autonomous driving, emissions reduction and urban redesign. Andreas Herrmann has published over 200 scientific papers and written 15 books. The last two books were about autonomous driving and mobility for all.

Robin Berg (1970) is a sustainable entrepreneur and innovator based in the city of Utrecht, the Netherlands. In 2003, Robin invested in a pilot for high speed wireless and glassfiber internet in the district of Lombok. Since 1999, Robin invested in solar power generation. In 2008, he started installing solar power plants on 25 school roofs in Utrecht and interconnecting these to form one of the first private grids in the country. This lead in 2016 in the establishment of the company We Drive Solar of which Robin is director. We Drive Solar has realized several international firsts in the field of electric car sharing and bidirectional charging

His areas of study included International Finance and Development Economics. Felix Kuhnert leads and works on strategy, transaction, and transformation projects, and is a trusted advisor for DAX30 companies, suppliers, and startups in the mobility sector. Additionally, he is a lecturer at the University of St. Gallen and is a member of the advisory board at the Institute for Mobility. In 2022, he led the founding of the "PwC Lab for Smart Mobility" in collaboration with the University of St. Gallen.

Roberto Russo has been working in the automotive industry since 2008 and has been an electric mobility pioneer since 2011. He was one of Tesla's first employees in Germany and later founded his own consultancy "Future Mobility Consulting", with which he has advised several OEMs on the launch and distribution of various new electric cars in Germany. In addition, he was also involved in the success and development of "Power2Drive". For more than two years Roberto Russo has been working in the management of Lucid Motors in Europe and is responsible for the countries Germany, Switzerland and Austria as Country Manager. Thanks to his many years of experience in electromobility and his successful consulting activities, he has made a name for himself as an expert in the industry.
