Robert Stocker is a Consulting Associate at Charles River Associates (CRA), a leading global consulting firm offering investigative, economic, and strategic expertise to major law firms, corporations, financial institutions, and governments around the world.

Based out of London, Robert works within CRA's Energy practice focusing on eMobility where he has lead engagements on a broad range of issues including M&A strategy / due diligence / post-transaction integration, new business development / go-to-market strategies, operational performance improvement, and organizational transformation / restructuring / change management. He is also an Engineer by background having graduated from the University of Cambridge, specialising in industrial systems.

Robert has worked extensively within the eMobility sector including being a lead author on a recent publication from the European Commission that explored the state of competition within the public EV charging infrastructure market. Robert has also authored various whitepapers on mobility topics including investment considerations within the EV ecosystem, vehicle to grid (V2G), and fleet impacts on energy systems.
