Participation information

This offer is exclusive for members of CharIN.
- Participants will be included in the regular exhibitor list, with the designation „ Joint Booth CharIN“.
- The organizer is responsible for the booth construction. Other structures must fit the overall concept of the joint booth and are therefore only allowed in consultation with the organizer.
- Participation at the joint booths is limited to three participations.
Included services
These benefits are included when booking this package:
- Booth space (10 sqm)
- Booth construction: branding, floor covering, back wall (with logo), spotlights, decoration, shared storage room including wardrobe
- Furniture: lockable counter with logo, standing table and two bar stools, brochure rack
- Electricity connection and consumption (up to 3 KW included, but Messe München will nevertheless issue an invoice for an advance payment. This amount will be refunded after the event if the 3 KW is not reached)
- Booth surveillance outside the exhibition opening hours
- Daily booth cleaning
- Entry in the official exhibitor lists
- Waste disposal
- Association of the German Trade Fair Industry contribution
Application
To participate, you have to register as a main exhibitor and fill out, sign, and send us the according supplementary agreement. The supplementary agreement can be selected in the registration process.
