Francisco Quiroga is currently the Ambassador of Mexico in Germany. He holds a Master of Operations Research from the University of Auckland, New Zealand, and a Master's degree in Economics from Yale University. In the current administration, he has served as Undersecretary of Mines in the Economy Ministry. He has direct knowledge of the German business environment, and private sector experience in developing international investment and trade projects, particularly in the mining and metallurgical sector. He has participated in technical negotiations and in the application of trade rules.

Steven Van Arsdale is the Lead Analyst of PwC Autofacts at PwC in Frankfurt am Main and leads the Autofacts team. He supports teams in Germany and around the world with automotive-specific projects or analyses. He has more than 10 years of professional experience in analysing, consulting and directly at an OEM. Before joining PwC, Steven worked for a leading data forecasting company. His main focus was on powertrain, CO2 and powertrain forecasting. He was also previously Assistant Manager for Powertrain at the European headquarters of a Korean OEM.

After completing his degree in electrical engineering, Robert began his automotive career with Honda in Ohio, working in the Product Engineering division for 15 years. Highlights from his career include leading the implementation of Honda's hybrid powertrains for North America, being chosen as a key project leader for the Acura TLX and NSX and leading the Infotainment engineering team. Since joining SBD in 2017 as a key member of the Connected Car and EV teams, he has led large projects for many OEMs and Tier 1s and now serves as the Domain Principal for electrification.
