Technical Customer Service Manager (m/f/d)
for the mobility transition and the development of charging infrastructure in Germany and Europe. (Location: Aachen or remote)
The Customer Service Manager is part of the Administration team at elexon and is responsible for the 2nd level customer support.
That’s your Mission:
Independently resoluation technical support tickets
Autonomous analysis of customer issues, e.g., log analyses of the charging stations and backends
Providing telephone (technical) customer support at the 2nd level in German and English
Preparation of proposales
Providing commissioning support for projects led by project managers involving the backend
Drafting knowledge database articles
You have:
Training or studies in the field of industrial engineering, energy or electrical engineering or similar training in a comparable field
Experience in customer support
Experience and knowledge in the field of e-mobility and charging infrastructure
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
Proficiency with MS Office
Independent, self-reliant working style, as well as flexibility, teamwork skills, and commitment
Critical and solution-oriented thinking
Open and communicative personality with a convincing demeanor
