Established in 2016 with a registered capital of 210 million yuan, CEGN is a national high-tech enterprise and a specialized and new innovative enterprise. The company has a complete industrial foundation and rich operational experience covering the entire chain from independent research, development, manufacturing, and sales of charging equipment and supporting energy storage equipment to investment, construction, and operation of charging stations.

Through years of experience, inheritance, and technological accumulation, CEGN has built a comprehensive product system for electric vehicle charging and energy storage equipment and has constructed a smart energy cloud platform. With charging operation and photovoltaic energy storage management as the core, it aims to create an open unified Internet platform for new energy source-grid-load-storage.

As of December 2023, the company's operational scale is nearly 90,000 piles, covering 29 provinces and more than 200 cities nationwide, ranking 8th among national scale charging operators.
