SHENZHEN LITTLE HURRICANE TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD; is a high-tech company engaged in the research, development, production, and sales of EV chargers. The company has a team of over 20 technical personnel and possesses a manufacturing base covering an area of 4,000 square meters. It has four standard production lines for EV chargers with a monthly capacity exceeding 10,000 units. Additionally, the company has eight aging testing devices and three ATE automation testing devices.
Up to now, we have obtained over 20 patents. The aging testing devices adopt a standard cabinet-style aging chamber design with a feedback-based and bypass design for the load. They support American standard frequency conversion and dual-live-wire connection. The devices can automatically track the aging testing process, generate test reports for each product, and achieve traceability for each product in the process. Each aging testing session can accommodate 96 units, with each product undergoing an aging process of over 3 hours. The daily aging capacity is 300 units or more.
The production line is equipped with three research-oriented ATE automation testing devices. Each unit undergoes over 100 ATE tests, and the testing process for each product can be traced and have test reports printed. The daily testing capacity is 300 units or more.
