Zinsight Technology (Shanghai) Co.,Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise focusing on SiC semiconductor devices and advanced electric drive systems. The R&D and operation headquarters are located in Minhang District, Shanghai with a state-of-the-art SiC laboratory spanning 5000㎡. The company also owns a 25000㎡ digital production base and a 40000㎡ R&D center in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province. At the same time, R&D institutions have been established in Nanjing,Jiangsu.

ZINSIGHT adheres to the core values of “Openness, Innovation, Growth, Pragmatism and Perfect Execution". ZINSIGHT brings together the former core R&D team of a Fortune 500 company, with 11 members holding doctorate degrees. Most members graduated from renowned universities in China, Europe and America, including Tsinghua University, Zhejiang University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Jiaotong University, Munich University of Technology (Germany), Dresden University of Technology (Germany), University of Arkansas (America), University of Aalborg (Dan) and other prestigious universities at home and abroad. More than 70% of the R&D team members hold doctorate and master’s degrees.

Leveraging more than 10 years of R&D experience in SiC power modules and drive systems, ZINSIGHT has launched highly-advanced SiC electric drive systems (SiCTex series) and high-performance SiC power modules. Both have been applied in mass production for EV, FCV, HVAC, special electrification power system, photovoltaics, charging, energy storage, industrial drive as well as aviation/marine electric propulsion and other fields. The company has secured batch orders from leading enterprises, including several first-tier OEMs and new energy vehicle manufacturers. We have actively engaged in scientific research cooperation with Tsinghua University, Zhejiang University and other prestigious universities.
