Success Factors for E-Mobility in Fleets

Free Webinar

Tuesday, Mai 04, 2021 | 11am–12pm CEST | Webinar Language: German

The electrification of vehicle fleets in companies is rapidly gaining momentum. Not surprisingly, after all, electric vehicles offer many advantages and climate-friendly driving. Nevertheless, some challenges lurk. What measures need to be taken for electromobility to establish itself successfully in company fleets? And what do government subsidies look like? Solution approaches for a successful mobility turnaround in companies are outlined by Roland Esser from The Mobility House and Simon Schwarz from Parkraumgesellschaft Baden-Württemberg (pbw).

The central questions in our Power2Drive webinar:

  • What are the barriers to e-mobility in fleets?
  • How is the development of charging infrastructure in the company going?
  • Which technical requirements for charging stations should be considered?
  • What subsidies are offered for charging infrastructure and EVs?

The webinar will also provide insights into solutions that have already been implemented at various companies, illustrating how e-fleets can be successfully established in companies.

Our Guests

Simon Schwarz, Division Head of Parking Facility Operations, PBW

Simon Schwarz has been driving the topic of e-mobility in the parking sector for years and can therefore report directly from a practical perspective, from the automatic parking process of an e-vehicle to the cost-efficient installation of charging infrastructure for e-fleets to sector coupling with PV and storage as well as the grid fit issue. Simon Schwarz is head of the parking facility operation division and has been working for Parkraumgesesellschaft Baden Württemberg mbH for more than 17 years.

Roland Esser, Key Account Manager Fleets, The Mobility House

Roland Esser has been working as a Key Account Manager at The Mobility House for 1 1/2 years, advising decision-makers, in particular fleets, logistics and WEGs. He thus builds on his experience as Head of Key Account and Senior Project Manager in his previous career.

Roberto Russo, Project Manager/Expert in eMobility and sector coupling, Power2Drive Europe

Roberto is an expert on the emobility and renewable energy sector. After his studies at the European School of Business in Reutlingen, Germany, and the Università Cattolica in Piacenza, Italy, Roberto worked as sales manager and senior consultant for various projects in emobility and sector coupling.

He has faced many challenges in the transition to emobility and built and implemented new EV sales strategies for brands like Tesla and Nissan. As part of a small team he was in charge of selling the limited production Tesla Roadster and launching Model S in Germany, but also worked on sector coupling projects like bidirectional charging and second life EV batteries and their effect on the power sector.

Roberto is your contact person if you’re looking to become part of the rapidly growing Power2Drive Europe.
