Range anxiety and surprisingly high electricity charging costs should soon be a thing of the past in Germany. The charging infrastructure network is becoming denser, with over 50,000 public charging points already registered. Charging point owners are networking so that their customers can also load outside their regional service area at the agreed rate (roaming). More and more companies are currently offering charging flat rates, i.e. monthly charging packages at a fixed price. Here the following applies: Owners of e-vehicles have advantages here, who can estimate their monthly electricity quantities and know in which region and countries as well as at which infrastructure they charge.
