The electrification of commercial vehicle fleets will become imperative in the future for regulatory and economic reasons. However, projects fail in practice not because of technology, but because of incorrect assumptions, inadequate planning, or a lack of stakeholder involvement.
In this compact webinar, we highlight five key challenges that determine the success or failure of fleet electrification:
Owners, managing directors, and fleet managers of transport, logistics, and service companies who want to strategically develop their fleet and seek clarity on economic, regulatory, and operational requirements.
The webinar also serves as content preparation for our fleet workshop on June 23, 2026, at Power2Drive Europe.
Asking the right questions now will save you considerable investment and operating costs later.
During the webinar participants can submit their questions to get them answered by the experts in the live Q&A. In addition, both the recording and the speakers' presentations will be made available on our digital content platform The smarter E Digital after the webinar.
